KRE8IVE GIFTS INTERNATIONAL INC. – WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Kre8ive Gifts International Inc. We take pride in delivering custom-designed products and finishes with exceptional craftsmanship. This warranty outlines the coverage applicable to qualifying products purchased directly from Kre8ive Gifts International Inc. or its authorized platforms.

This warranty applies to all websites, digital platforms, and services owned and operated by Kre8ive Gifts International Inc., including communications through kgi@kre8ivegifts.com.

A. WARRANTY DURATION

Kre8ive Gifts International Inc. offers a five (5) year limited warranty on qualifying products, beginning from the original date of purchase.

B. WARRANTY COVERAGE & CONDITIONS

This warranty applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

• Products intended for decorative or display use are properly maintained and, if installed outdoors, sealed with an appropriate waterproof or protective coating at recommended intervals.

• Products are stored and used in environments where temperatures do not fall below 20°F or exceed 105°F, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Original proof of purchase is provided.

• Products have not been dropped, improperly handled, altered, or modified after delivery or installation.

• Products have not been exposed to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

• Products have not been handled in a manner that causes surface contamination, residue, or damage.

Kre8ive Gifts International Inc. cannot assume responsibility for misuse, misapplication, or conditions beyond its control.

C. EXCLUSIONS (NOT COVERED)

This warranty does not cover:

• Customer modifications, mishandling, or abuse

• Normal wear and tear

• Color variation or changes due to UV exposure, sunlight, chemicals, moisture, or environmental conditions

• Damage caused by improper mounting, installation, surface conditions, or substrate failure

• Repairs, modifications, or services performed by unauthorized third parties

• Use of products outside their intended or recommended purpose

For epoxy floors and printed floor systems, variations in appearance, movement, color flow, or finish characteristics are considered part of the custom design process and are not defects.

D. CLAIMS PROCESS

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to kgi@kre8ivegifts.com no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the issue was discovered or should have reasonably been discovered.

Upon review and inspection, if a claim is approved:

• Kre8ive Gifts International Inc. may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product.

• Replacement coverage applies only to the original product.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping, freight, removal, or reinstallation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

E. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and the original product. Kre8ive Gifts International Inc. shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, business interruption, or labor costs.
