Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your request must be approved and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To process a return request, please contact us at Kregifts@gmail.com. Please do not send back items without confirmation from our team as items returned or sent back without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that with customized items, returns are only possible if the pieces are defective or damaged.
Refunds (if applicable)
For approved returns, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at kregifts@gmail.com with a photo to show the issue clearly. Additional photos may be requested. Custom made items are not illegible for refunds and will not be accepted if returned without notice or authorization.
